I'm a Valdosta native committed to serving our community.
After studying Political Science and Criminal Justice at Georgia Southern, I worked across Georgia to expand access to voting and strengthen civic life among our college kids.
I later focused on bringing more men into the work of protecting reproductive freedom and supporting mothers carrying this mission into rural Georgia and bringing attention to the role that men can play in ending the Black Maternal Health crisis.
Since then, I've also had the honor of serving in leadership for the largest Democratic youth voter organization while staying rooted in rural Georgia.
Since last year, I've worked up at the Capitol doing the behind-the-scenes work it takes to move real solutions forward. From education reform to data center accountability, I've seen firsthand what it takes to deliver real results for real people.
As your state representative, I'll be ready to deliver results for our community on day one.

Affordability
In Atlanta, I will fight to make life more affordable for working families by tackling the high costs of housing, groceries, healthcare, childcare and education. I'll take on corporate investors buying up homes, bring grocery stores back to food deserts, and protect families from crushing medical debt. Every child deserves a good education and a good meal, which is why I will work to reform school funding and ensure no kid goes hungry.

I want to open doors so everyone in our community can get ahead. That means paying our teachers what they deserve, helping young farmers and business owners get their start, and bringing high-speed internet and better roads to every corner of our community. I'll also make sure our veterans and military families can put their skills to work without unnecessary red tape holding them back.

Valdosta has been hit hard in recent years, so it’s time to strengthen the bonds that hold our community together. That means ensuring our community has the resources we need to weather any storm. It means making sure our veterans have access to the housing and healthcare they deserve. It means expanding access to quality healthcare for our mothers and their children. By investing in the people who serve, protect, and sustain our region, we can secure a stronger future for every family who calls Valdosta home.
